Slow laptop :-(

Hi guys!!

I am trying to sort out my brothers laptop…..it is running extremely slow. I'm not sure if this is due to it being quite old or maybe it has something on it that it shouldn't?!? It seemed to be running fine the other day, however it is now really really slow. I just turned it on and it took about 15mins to load up!!! I have copied a Hijack this log
