[Resolved] extra internet window still opening

I think there is a malware present on my computer. When I open the internet it will open a second page to some site? then a pop up comes up at the bottom right and says "Ads served by BrowsingSoftware"

I was going through and saw that you needed this.. Please help………

When I log onto the Internet I get an extra window that pops up. I have completed all the self-help things and will post all results. It has helped a little but I still get the extra site half the time. Not sure what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ken!!
It looks like that was it!! Wish I had known to look there!! I did notice that when I rebooted something strange happened… It was so quick that I am not sure what it was. One of those boxes popped up with a warning or something then it rebooted. Hopefully that is all there is!!
