Hi vegas75

welcome to the What the tech Forum.
My name is mschroe919 and I would like to help. If you still need help please reply back with a new log. Along with the new log tell me whats going on with the PC now.

NOTICE:
Before you post a HJT log, you are running from a TEMP folder. When we use HJT to fix anything it makes a back up in case something goes wrong. In the Temp folder you can't get to the back up.
Move HJT here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need more instructions use these:
Uninstall hjt and reinstall putting it on c: drive.

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C:
then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
When I try to download this to a folder it wants me to associate a program to open it with. When I did it previously it was a zip I believe. I can't get it to do anything now.
OK,
I redownloaded HijackThis and through TrendMicro sent the log to be examined.

I rebooted before I did the scan and no SpyDefender showed up. Maybe it is gone.

Hi vegas75,
Sorry about getting back late I try to stay with a log till done and quickly. Sometims it don't work that way.
Anyway I am gad to see you made to HJT and got it.

FIRST:

We have to rename HijackThis

There is probably an infection which is hiding part of the HijackThis log because it's called hijackthis.exe.
We don't know that till we see the log you posted with the latest HJT, there is a few lines that could be
missing, so I need the ;og from the new renamed hjt;

Please rename hijackthis.exe to scanner.exe
Here is how: go to
C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe
right click on HijackThis.exe
click on rename and rename it scanner.exe

Now scan again with the new scanner.exe and post a new log, please
Please don't delete anything till asked to.
thank you and good luck
