You can see a detailed description of the recent history of my computer, malware wise, in this thread. To tell just the very most recent bit of a long story, services.exe was until a few minutes ago sending packets every few seconds to different, seemingly random IP addresses, always on port 25. I blocked that in my firewall but I want to find the source of the problem and strangle, or at least extract an explanation from, it.
Here's the HJT - I'll add a few comments on it at the bottom.

Most of the things that say (file missing) are missing because ComboFix killed them last weekend. They were hiding malware including but possibly not limited to Vundo spyware. The exception is the Linksys thing at the very end, which is a monitoring program that came with my NIC - I don't know why it says that's missing, it's working fine. Until a couple hours ago, another exception was my print spooler, but I managed to fix that.
I recognize and have legitimate uses for nearly everything else here except some of the apparently IE-related stuff. I use Firefox for everything. This is the first I've heard of that start page, to pick on the most obvious thing (no idea what's there, I'd have to be an idiot to click on that link).
Question: In the case of the things that say (file missing), what will happen if I tell HJT to fix them?
Here's the HJT - I'll add a few comments on it at the bottom.
