LD- Here is Panda's- but a word of caution- this will only show cookies- I find that it's not as comprehensive as the Bit defender.

LD, what I believe your suggesting is to delete them- but once I do that won't they still be in the other files (documents/settings)? I'll do a search of my . rtf files and try deleting those and go from there.
Hi LD- just an update- I've gone ahead and taken your suggestion to go ahead and delete them. I've also done the following which for Outlook is needed to really get rid of them: Compact the .pst files by clicking Properties > Advanced > Compact File. If you don't do that, they are not really gone, and the scans will still pick them up. After doing that I needed to see if this is really going to work- I then deleted my PST files and exported the new clean PST so I then went ahead and reinstalled my MS XP2 on the original computer that got his bug (my guinea pig so to speak) and then ran another online scan from Bit defender to make sure that it was clean. So far, it appeared clean. I then did all my updates for MS Win XP2, and installed a new Virus program (AVG Free Edition), installed a new Firewall (Comodo Pro Personal Firewall and disabled Windows Firewall), installed CCleaner (used both the system and registry tools) installed Comodo BO Clean Anti-Malware for spyware for real time spyware scanning as well as Spybot and Spyblaster for back up on after the fact checks on spyware, adjusted my Internet Active S security settings, uninstalled MS Java and replaced it with Sun Java, and then re-ran another Bit-Defender to make sure that I now have a 'cleaner' system. So far so good and have prior to that GHOSTED my drive so that prior to imported my Outlook PST file, at least I would have some time saved rather then re-doing everything again. Once this system checks out after a few days, I'll go ahead and GHOST this again ( I have a separate drive for this within the same case) and proceed with re-installing this weekend on the other system I originally posted this quagmire on. If you would like, I can upload with whatever your suggest any report, but so far things are finally doing good. I won't close this topic until you suggest so that I'm not defeating any other future help for anyone else that would benefit from this. BTW, the virus that came up on Kapersky was "VBS.KakWorm". Not sure if that matters, but just wanted to close with that. Thanks again for all your work- I really do appreciate it!!
