Hello,

Im using windows xp, I do not have vista beta that I know of, I do use windows Live one care, but still got this viruse, Every time I clean it it comes right back, so I tried shutting down system resources, downloaded AGV, and CCleaner, went into safe mode ran AGV and CCleaner ( which I didnt see the viruse in there) I still deleted everything the AGV came up with. Went in to regular mode ran windows Live one care, it didnt pick up the viruse, but I kept getting pop ups so I figured it was still there about an hour later windows one care found the viruse Trojandownloader.JS/Psyme.gen, Which was found in C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\local settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\U3GY6ZA3\Counter[1].htm
Even thought that one is quarenteened it keeps showing up on my scan

There is another one in my quarenteen with the simular name Trojan.Win32/Vundo.Gen!A which was found in two different places all around the same time frame one is C:\WINDOWS|system32\000090.exe
The other is C:\System Volume Information\_restore{8f7A5040-9305-4BDA-A5EE-E7EE68E6A93B}\RP919\A0226437.exe

Am I correct I shouldnt go into any of my banking information while this is on here? My bills are due.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Im at a loss. Also I can get around on a computer but Im no expert.

:pullhair: After a few days with no respons I tried a few other viruse removers but none work, I am getting more viruse warnings,and more different viruses showing up, My desktop is now blue, with a message saying "warning spyware detected on your computer Install an antiviruse spyware remover to clean your computer" I get pop ups coming ang going by themselves after about 20 mins on no activity on my main screen it will go away too. I also have a ImsorryInternetspeed monitor that comes on every time I do a search.
PLEASE help! I downloaded Hijackthis the other day but after I ran it I didnt know what to do with it so I closed it not touching anything I am enclosing the log from it I just ran the scan again.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry about the delay in responding :( We look for post with 0 replies, so when you posted to your own log, we assumed you were being helped. If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment..
