OK, finally… it seems to have worked. I had a bit of a confusing moment, as when I have done all you instructed, I couldn't re connect to the internet. So I restarted my PC, and all is fine now. Hopefully that's all now. :) Trevuren, I really can't thank you enough for your help !!! Really wouldn't know what to do without your suppert, so big CHEERS for that! Just a couple more things make me a bit confused… I'm really trying to make my computer safe, so this does not happen in the future. Could you please let me know if I can use AVG Antivirus, Win Patrol, and Zone Alarm all at the same time, and if not, what should I stick with?? And if I turn back on the Spybot's Tea Timer, will it interfere with other security programs? Would this slow my computer down? Once again - THANKS so much for your time and help!!!

Could you please let me know if I can use AVG Antivirus, Win Patrol, and Zone Alarm all at the same time

There is no conflict there.

if I turn back on the Spybot's Tea Timer, will it interfere with other security programs?

Win Patrol and Tea Timer could easily conflict with each other. I use WinPatrol myself.

Would this slow my computer down?

Each security program that runs in real time (Always on) the more resources are consumed. I would still keep and update and run Spybot on a regular basis because it detects things that WinPatrol does not. No two AntiSpyware programs do exactly the same thing. I also scan my system with Spybot regularly.
