sorry for taking so long. this trojan has taken over my computer. i can hardly get online. when i first start the computer, it says there are some kernels missing, and dll's for some programs or something. when i go on the internet, i am over come with pop ups, and then, its almost impossible to disable my wireless to get off the net. also, my desktop has changed, went down to small icons, and it seems i have no internet explorer 7 anymore (i believe). but the biggest thing, is all the pop ups and slow internet. let me know what you want me to do next. thank you greatly. dan
You still have some infections

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, please delete it from your desktop and download this new version . It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
——————————————————————–
  • Close any open browsers and make sure you are disconnected from the net. Unplug the cable if need be before running combofix.
  • WARNING: IF you have not already done so Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet when it starts
  • Please do not re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
——————————————————————–

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review

****Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall or freeze ****

*If there is no internet connection when Combofix has completely finished then restart your computer to restore back the connections.

Give it atleast 20-30 minutes to finish
thank you. happy easter also. i have noticed, that i dont have sound either, and when i do get on the net, i get pop ups now, about every minute or so. but im trying to be only online to get these replys and things to load. i will be back with info shortly. thank you.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
hi. i copy and pasted that into notepad, then i moved it into the combo fix.exe combo fix came on, and did a bunch of things, went through like 40 some processes or something, then made a log file. i saved it, so i could copy to here, and i cancelled out of that. now the screen is nothing but blue color. i logged off, and tried to reboot, and it "started" to bring my desktop up, then it dissappears completely. i tried in safe mode, and i tried 3 or 4 times. still nothing but a blue screeen. i trtied the "last known good configuration" in advanced options, but even that dont do anything. what did i do wrong? i followed that instructions to the word. sorry to make more work for you.
hi. i powered it off just a few minutes ago, let it set for a couple minutes. it is now loading. i borrowed a friends computer thats what im on. its all repowered. i only have my background up. thats it. the pointer works. i also, can get into windows task manager. it says there are 36 processes running. what now? thanks.
1. Click Start. 2. Point to All Programs. 3. Point to Accessories. 4. Point to System Tools. 5. Click System Restore. 6. Follow the instructions on the wizard. See if you have a restore point
