Please keep all your responses in the forum.
If you try to use email or PM then you defeat the object of using the forum, and prevent other members, (who might be able to help you) seeing your responses.
Please therefore do not try to send either pm or email to members of this forum for this sort of information, but post your responses in the forum in the usual way.

In the event that you are concerned about security and personally identifying information, please know that the PCPitstop Full Tests - Tech Express link does not reveal any personally identifying information.
There are other system inventory tools that do include potentially compromising information, for instance:
Belarc Advisor
WinAudit
SIW System Information for Windows
The above are also excellent tools, and if necessary for investigating/diagnosing a problem with your machine, our Techs will alert you to the security possibilities and provide instruction for "editing out" any such information prior to posting a report.

Hello MALC,
With respect I am sorry that you feel you can email me with information that is only of forum interest.
No, I did not receive an email from you, nor would I unless you sent it through PM and I do not answer technical questions through PM's on this forum. The object of a forum is for all to share in the questions and answers so we all can learn.
You will need to reply within the forum thread as you have in the answer above in quotes.
I hope this helps you and please post your PCPitstop TechExpress entire link as noted in red in a previous post.
Hi is this what you want from PC Pitstop.
I am sorry about the e-mail, I still find it difficult in hitting the right buttons when I am trying to contact you. PC Pitstop encourages you to use an e-mail so that is what I did.

Your System Score
Overall score for system "PC": 1572
Discuss your score in our online forums!
Your system score is merely a rough estimate of your computer's performance. We recommend that you use your score as a way to track your own computer's performance and health over time, not as a way to compare your PC to other PCs. If you would like to see where your computer stands in the population of systems tested at PC Pitstop, click here for a comparison. Remember: the important thing isn't the actual numerical score, but the performance and security of your system.
How the score is calculated
The overall system score is made up of the weighted sum of your performance scores in the areas that PC Pitstop tests. Internet performance is capped at 100 points; connections faster than 1000Kb/sec will receive the maximum possible score of 100 for that category. A deduction is made for any red-flag or yellow-flag tips that you receive.
"What is the highest possible score?"
Our score is an open-ended scale. As long as they keep making faster computers there will be higher scores. On the System Comparisons page, we show the typical scores for systems that are similar to yours.
"How do I get a higher score?"
You can usually increase your score by clicking on each tip and following the instructions you receive so that you can eliminate the problem. Then try to eliminate as many background programs as possible since they can interfere with CPU, memory, and disk performance; you can see a color-coded list of what you were running during the test on the Test Details page. You may be able to get better scores by finding faster video drivers. Finally, you can improve the performance of the system by upgrading or replacing components.

Hi Doug, as far as I can remember it was the Dell Diagnostics. I am constantly trying to find an answer to my Blue Screen problem. If I see a program that I think may help then I will try it. Thank you all for your continued support.
Regards
Malc
We would be happy to help you and suggested earlier you send us a pit test. Please following the directions below:
Please pay particular attention to the text in red after you do your test.
kind regards,
Please Run the PCPitstop Full Tests, here:
http://www.pcpitstop.com
Register and create a password
Accept the ActiveX component to allow your machine to run the Full Tests
Registering and accepting the ActiveX are both SAFE and FREE.
Full Tests is the first item in the left hand column of that page.
The Full Tests take less than 5 minutes for most machines. Once you have your Results, please post the TechExpress Link back here into this thread for review.
TechExpress is the last item on the list in the yellow box in upper right area of any Results page.
Post the entire URL link information back here into this Forum thread.
Caution: During the testing of Video Adapter, a variety of patterns, shapes, colors and text are "flashed" onto the users monitor screen. In the many thousands of daily uses of the PCPitstop Full Tests over several years, two individuals who suffer epilepsy experienced discomfort and temporary dizziness when viewing the flashing patterns.
If you know that you are susceptible to photo driven seizure, look away from your screen during the Video Adapter testing sequence.
Those errors/Stop messages suggest a wide area of "possible" problems, including faulty RAM, Faulty MotherBoard, Faulty third-party software, faulty hardware driver(s) <— I know. Sounds terrible, and hasn't narrowed down your investigation.
That's why it would be useful for you to FIRST, post the TechExpress Link from your PCPitstop Tests, so we can get an overview of your machine's current configuration, software and hardware, and present performance.
Run a fresh PCPitstop Full Tests, so we have the most current information.
Then Post your TechExpress Link
Here's where to look and click to get your TechExpress Link: [external image: Posted Image]
Here's an example of an actual TechExpress Link (which is what is needed in your next reply) [external image: Posted Image]
Hi tallin & Doug I hope that this is what you wanted!
