Well, if it takes too long, and for a more thorough defragging, you should defrag in Safe Mode - and you should always defrag after you have deleted all your Temporary Internet Files. As for those programs, I agree, they are all fine. I personally prefer using a real-time anti-spyware program. Even Windows Defender is better than nothing.
