Hello, and welcome to the forum.

My name is Simon V., and I'll be glad to help you with your computer problems.

Can you tell me what you have done yourself to fix the problem?

I did the ATF cleaner and Hijack This. There is a google thing in the Hijack this log that no matter how many times I click on it and FIX, it's still there. The problem is I can do a google search and instead of it taking me to what I click on, it takes me to through several websites, then not to where I clicked on. It goes through: something with numbers - I can't catch it to write it down - it goes through that really quickly www.search-daily.com and ends up at www.shopzilla.com If I hit back and click on the item I'm trying to get to a few times it will finally let me get there. And I get an extra window on the left of my google searches with IMSORRYInternet Speed Monitor listing it's own search results. At the bottom it says "Ads by ISM and not from the website you are visiting." Thank you very much for you help!!!!!

Hi :)

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your desktop.

  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, Deckard's System Scanner will open two Notepad files: main.txt and extra.txt - please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
