Warning of Spyware at top of window. Click here to remove.

Not sure how I got this yesterday but I am pulling my hair out to remove it. Mcafee wont do it, trend micro wont do it. I have attached a screen shot showing a beige bar running across the top of the window stating that I need to click "here" because I may be infected with spyware.
