Another gotomyhit.com problem

Hi

Yet again another problem with gotomyhit.com. I am suffering from a problem with a pop-up that takes me to some spurious website. Additionally, the program appears to have disabled all administration rights, including in safe mode.

The infection/problem is on a new machine and I have disconnected it from the internet. I was having problems with Microsoft Exchange and was advised to disable the Firewall! Won't be doing that again.
