[Closed] need to haved a log file checked

My computer got infected with several trojans/spyware a couple days ago. I was able to remove the spyware with spybot s&d, and I was able to remove some viruses through the mcafee virus scan (I'm still not sure how they got through in the first place).

Anyway I was trying to check if my computer was clean. I check my running processes and noticed a process called "io43mvuiw4kj.exe" I goggled it and it seemed like a dangerous file so I removed it from startup. However when I ran a virus scan on the file itself Mcafee didn't detect anything (I'm positive it is updated).

According to Mcafee there aren't any virus on my computer and I ran spybot s&d so I should be spyware free as well. However I am still getting full-screen pop up adds when I'm on my browser (which is somthing that never happened prior to infection).

I was hoping someone could take a look at my logfile so I can be sure its clean.
