Hi guys I'm a new member and just love the website!

Anyway I am in need of some help and I think you guys can help me. I keep getting these balloon pop ups down by my clock, it says spyware has been detected on your computer click here to fix it. When I click it a internet explorer window pops up and it is a website for dio cleaner spyware removal. Also my wallpaper does not have the picture I have saved instead it says: Warning! Spyware threat has been detected on your pc. Your computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity. etc.etc.

I have run the atf cleaner, run spybot, and avg in safe mode. It hasn't fixed my problem. I have run hijack this and here is my log file:

Also now I've notice all of my bookmarks are gone on firefox! Please this is starting to get annoying! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi and welcome to the forums. Looks like Smitfraud amongst others.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
