[Closed] HDtip.dll popping up extra IE toolbar and browser warnin

Hiya. I was a bonehead tonight and let an active x control install now I have this hdtip toolbar that keeps coming up when I start IE. I downloaded hijack this and here is the log. All help is greatly appreciated.

Ok. Let me update. After i posted I downloaded,bought and ran spyware doctor. As of right now the toolbar no longer pops up. However it is still listed in my toolbar choices but I cannot check it off or on like before. it is still showing up in my hijack this log. I appreciate your time. Here is the new log:
