[Closed] BASELINE help im being viciously attacked!

Hi im constantly getting the yellow caution sign in my toolbar with the clock in it and security center pop ups. Ive ran a AVG and ran tje appropriate actions on the 62 items that it found risky, which was to delete them. Ive ran HIJACK and will now post the log from that and the log from my SMITfrauad.cmd i followew directions as per the smitfraud fix forum
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

RENAME HIJACKTHIS

There is some infection hiding in your log.

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to: C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

Right-click on HijackThis.exe & select Rename to scanner.exe and post back a new Hijackthis log.
