Help! Hijacked Yesterday!

I've been hijacked again - and I thought I had protected myself. My browser home page has been taken over by Ultimate Cleaner and we get constant pop-up messages for more cleaning products (AntiVIrGear, securepccleaner, ) - until you really can't use the computer. It's always fun to have a conversation with yourself! There aren't many arguments!
