UPDATE: 28-Nov-07
I tried HJT again to remove the 020 call for the skuns.dat file and received the same HJT error. However, proceeding with the program appears to have removed it successfully. Then, using HJT I did a review of the startup file and noted a line envoking a "/Windows /Temp/WC77EB.EXE". On review, this file appears recent and although it can't be deleted, renaming it temporarily improves the computer use. This is the second time I've performed this change so I believe the virus renames the file and updates the startup entry...Therefore, I'm still dirty.
