I've ran spy sweeper, spyware doctor adaware, spybot.
Spyware doctor found trojan.virtumonde. I tried the vundo removal tool and it says nothing found.
I've noticed that there is a geede.dll file in the windows\system32 folder that I believe is causing the popups and cannot remove it.
