The key nocontrolpanel is always added when i startup my computer. My computer runs slowly and freezes frequently ever since i started recieving these notices/problems. I would greatly apreciate any help and the sooner the better. I will paste a hijack log below (it is also my 1st time using hijack). Thank you in advance. By the way, i have tried some of the solutions in other posts to no avail. Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the forums. :) I'm Markka and I will be helping you with your malware issues. I'll check your HijackThis log. Right now I'm MRU Undergrad, everything that I post to you must be checked by teachers of Malware Removal University. Please be patient. :)
Hello :)

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.

This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?

When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall

We can attempt to clean this machine but i can't guarantee that it will be 100% secure afterwards.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post.
Hello! Thank you again for your help. I would like to clean out my computer since it is not used for any think important like buissness or financing. It is mostly used for home purposes such as surfing the web etc. I hope this works and i am all to excited to be able to use it functioning somewhat normally. Will thi cause my computer to function quicker and stop the popups? By the way, is there a certain time that i should check for a response? And how long do you think this will take? Thank you so much for your help and time!!!!!
Please help. The situation is getting worse daily! Now registry editor and task manager have been "disabled by administrator" even though i am the administrator. Please help! I have not received a response for a while and i am worried Thank You… :wall:
To finish it all of, i have deleted and replaced all the user accounts, including mine. Created a new restore point. Run disk clean up, and disk defragmenter. I have also installed windows defender. Thank you for your time. I will be checking periodically for a response from you. :wavey:
