Running netstat produced these two results... standard answer was they're msn messenger processes, but a few sites implied it's some kind of shady monitoring process: by1msg2245403.phx.gbl.1863 by2msg2104613.phx.gbl.1863 To be safe, our IT staff put a second firewall on my laptop in addition to our company firewall - since they installed it, these no longer show up in netstat, and I haven't gotten any firewall prompts about them. A forum in my google search for "phx.gbl" thought it was Phoenix Global Intelligence @phoenixintelligence.com. I run Symantec Anti-Virus, Spyware Doctor, AGV Anti-Spyware, and Comodo firewall regularly. Any ideas? Thanks!
