Hey guys, I've been doing some googling about this problem and haven't found an answer yet...

My Run function was disabled for some reason from my start menu which i was able to re-enable again, but then trying to run regedit I get the "Windows cannot find regedit" error message. I then noticed that my task manager (ctrl+Alt+Del) is not showing up and my folder options is missing from the menu..

I ran a spybot scan of my computer and nothing came up as well as a full kaspersky active virus shield scan which turned up nothing either? I thought I might have had the W32.Sircam worm but running the removal tool for it showed that I didn't have it...

I then was going to try copying and pasting the back-up copy of regedit back into windows32 but its gone!
So i'm kinda stumped if anyone can help? I gave the Hijackthis log file a go but i cant read it very well..
