I can see I'm having problems introducing myself. So, All I'm looking for assistance on my hp pc. Windows home xp w/sp2. I cannot restore to any time because it does not restart or shut down properly and the add/delete programs in the control panel does not let me delete/remove programs because the lettering is extended to where the remove/delete buttons are at. :wacko: any help will do tx.
