afew weeks ago my IE started to crash alot or give me the error having to close window...n then other programs would give me the error hve to close window....or they would open n just poof gone. ... i had the warning thing tell me avg was turned off, i tried n tried to turn it on update it etc...but that started actin up too...
since then ive ran adaware...its clean i myself deleted all my cookies etc...so those folders are always clean too...
i thought maybe i have a virus because i would try to install other progs and it would say corrupted so i started to delete anything new or anything i dont really use...to see if the problems would go away?
ive also downloaded firefox due to IE closing constantly....but now thats crashing too...i was told i might have to reformat, which ive never done myself and was told i needed drivers....however ive searched for my computer online and its like it dont even exist???

soooo.....if ne1 has ne ideas as to wut my prob might be plz help
