Where the heck do I start!?

My friend asked my to help him clean his computer, he's not too big on internet security (anti-virus and such) He had Macafee (it came with his computer) but the trial expired along time ago and I don't think its been doing anything. He has a lot of pop ups, his computer runs slow, and he's got a ton of programs that start up. I downloaded the lastest version of spybot, and got him spywareguard and spyware blaster. Other than that I have no idea where to start. Here is his log This is Version 2.0.2, I'm not sure if thats the one that you want or not, if not let me know.:

Please go to Virus Total or Jotti and upload C:\Program Files\WinAble\winable.exe for scanning.

For Virus Total
  • Please copy and paste C:\Program Files\WinAble\winable.exe in the text box next to the Browse button.
  • Click on Send File.
For Jotti
  • Please copy and paste C:\Program Files\WinAble\winable.exe in the text box next to the Browse button.
  • Click on Submit.
In your next reply, please post:
  • A new HijackThis log

Yes we do, but I don't have access to his computer at this time. I'm sorry I forgot to mention that we are both in the Marines and we're either both gone, both here, or gone at different times which is the case now, I have relayed the message to him so now I'm just waiting for him to do it and reply when he gets back. I will post it the first chance I get. Thank you for your help and I apologize for the inconvenience.
