Hello,
I have been trying to fix my computer myself for a few days now. I've run MacAfee virus scan and Winders Defender scans over and over again. I keep removing adware and spyware, but the problem's not going away. My computer's slower than usual when I log on. When I'm on the internet I get pop-ups to sites like "download this internet security scanner now," etc. I've scanned my computer in safe mode and re-set my internet explorer settings. I don't know what to do now. So I downloaded hijackthis and I have the report here. What should I do next? Thanks, Colleen

I uninstalled Windows Defender from my computer (based on reading other forums). I redid the HijackThis scan and here's the new result. I'd appreciate any help with what to do next to stop getting all of the popup websites when I'm online and my popup blocker is on. I began having problems a week ago and my computer is 1 year old.
