PC usage 100%

I have tried posting this before but the thread didn't work. Feel free to close or delete my 2 previous threads. The issue is my Sony Vaio laptop has become very slow and the PC Usage often stays at 100% for long periods of time. When it 1st started it would stay at 100% almost all the time (even with no open programs) but has recently changed and now it spontaniously comes and goes. I also noticed that PF usage stays at 333 mb constistantly despite how many programs are running. Here is a list of the sctions i have taken so far: Spybot 1.4, adaware, AVG scan, defragmenter, ATF cleaner. Below is my HJT Log. Thanks in advance!
