I have been having problems with GOOGLE: When I click on a search result I'm often redirected to other, different sites (I'm using Firefox with Google Toolbar).
I assume it must be the work of a spyware or something: AdAware found some infected files, but deleting them did not solve the problem. AVG Anti-rootkit finds a possibly dangerous hidden file namedI kdivn.exe in System32, but not knowing what it is I do not know if it is safe to delete it. I tried running other programs I have, like Registry Mechanic, Spybot, to see if it could help and I re-installed the Toolbar but I still have the same problem.
I've read threads in other forums about the same sort of problem, and I wonder if someone found a definitive solution.
