my last topic was closed without my getting a response from the user that was helping me. Is there anyone who can help me out w/ my HJT log and removal of all this ridiculous spyware/malware/popups....WHATEVER it's called?!?!?!?? THANKS GUYS!!!!

i am currently at work but will be able to get you an HJT log by the end of the night. and i had actually responded to my topic but it was because i received no response from the person helping me i guess?? went almost 10 days or so w/o getting a response so i posted this new one. i'll get on that log......

Download and Run ComboFix
  • Download this file from below:

    Here
  • Disconnect from the Internet, than disable your anti-virus and any real-time anti-spyware monitors that are running.
  • Then double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply with a new HijackThis log.
Note 1: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
Note 2:Remember to re-enable your anti-virus and anti-spyware before reconnecting to the Internet.
