[Megling]

I was accessing google fine as of yesterday. However today I can not. I have run AdAware and my AVG virus scan neither came up with anything. I ran CWShredder and it didn't do anything either. I downloaded the newest version of Hijack This from trend micro and it won't run... It gives me an error message saying I might not have the permissions to run it. I downloaded an earlier version of Hijack This and here is the log.
I found a folder in the C windows programs area that is empty but it has the name snatch... it's odd and I don't know what it is. Is that a known virus or spyware thing?

Also, how do I remove Hijack This and CWShredder properly from my computer because I don't find them in my add/remove programs area.

PLEASE help I have run out of ideas...
