I've seen Mr Charlie A(dn other forums) recommend the following scan options be set when using SuperAntiSpyware:- Under "Scanner Options" make sure the following are checked: 1> Close browsers before scanning 2> Scan for tracking cookies 3> Terminate memory threats before quarantining. 4> Please leave the others unchecked. Is it possible to get more complete instructions of what is not to be checked too? (This then ensures completeness; and allows for the when the vendor adds more options before the cut-and-paste replies have been updated accordingly) Many of the options not checked by default have 'recommended' after them. Why are they not chosen to be used?
