Click Start | Help and Support | Undo changes to your computer with System Restore. Click Create A Restore Point then click Next. Give it a name it and then click Create, then Close. Close the Help and Support Center box. Click Start | Run and type Cleanmgr Select (C: ) then click OK. Click the More Options tab. Click Clean Up in the System Restore Section. —– I'm not able to - because when I click Start and then hit the "Help and Support"-button - nothing happens…

Go to Start>Run and copy/paste the contents of the codebox below into the runbox

helpctr -regserver

then press Enter

Let me know if that works.

The last section of the REG file recreates the HELPCTR.EXE App Paths value.

Done - and I've tried to start the help-section - but no results…
