So here's some back story. A while ago my DVD burner stopped burning. It could read discs just fine, but it wouldn't burn anything. I had originally suspected a rootkit so I got AVG Anti-Rootkit and RootkitRevealer and ran those. Neither of them have ever gotten a positive hit. The other day I started thinking about what other options I had and started running scans and checking logs. Here's where I really can't remember the exact sequence of events. I ended up downloading a firmware upgrade for my burner and now it works fine. Only thing that's odd about it is it had previously worked just fine with the old firmware leading me to think something got corrupted on it. I also ended up checking the history of Windows Defender. This is where my current problem begins.

When I first checked Windows Defender's History, it had one recent entries (among some I knew to be false positives) labled:
Service: UYMTE

File: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\UYMTE.exe

I checked the directory and nothing of that name or similar was there. So, having noticed all the clutter in my temp directory I fired up ATF-Cleaner and cleaned out the temp directories and reclaimed a few GB of HDD space. I then used the program "Eraser" (a file shredding program) to overwrite any files left in the temp directory noted above, with the exception of the temp files for a game (NWN2). After I was done shredding a few dll files reappeared so they got shredded too. They didn't reappear again. I had hoped that was the end of it. Then a while later I checked the history of Windows Defender again. It had two new entries as follows:

Of course upon checking, none of those files existed. So I ran another scan with AVG Free, and with Ad-Aware SE Personal. AVG came up with nothing and the only thing Ad-Aware found was a tracking cookie in IE (which I never use but someone else does to check their email despite my persistent protest.) So with no other real options left I downloaded HijackThis once again and ran a scan. Here are the results:

I would like to note that I have observed neither malicious activity nor direct evidence of an infection other than the randomly named suspect files. However I'd like to assuage paranoia and ensure that my computer be clean. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
