Qwerty.exe Problem

There is a weird file called 'qwerty.exe' in my computer that i cannot get rid of! It starts on every reboot and i've tried removing it in safe mood and with Killbox. Heres my HJT log..its short because I removed everything from this computer..i just want to be able to go on the internet but theres pop ups and then the computer randomly restarts.
