Icon Problem Help

Hey Coupland..i have same prob as nimsha too..i tried all as followed except ur advice..i having some problem..mind helping?

I tried all the adviced given to nimsha but i still cant get it fix..hmm..except for that regedit part..u guys have a look ? at the 3rd picture i posted..thx..

Hyes..its ok already i got it fixed.. dunnoe how but its fixed..hmm got any advice how prevent this prob from happening agian o how to maintain my pc ?
