I downloaded Hijack this v2 from this site to my desktop but can't figure out how to run the setup.exe file. The icon on the desktop says HJT Install. What do I do now? I already have the 1.99 version in my documents file but want to update to v2.

Thanks Paws. Those instructions helped. However, I was trying to download v2 and this procedure downloaded v1.99.1. Is that the current version? Or how do I get v2?
I got some malware into my computer yesterday and I was trying to get rid of it. I finally restored my computer to the previous day and that seems to have gotten me back on track and got rid of the malware. Is there something else I should do to be sure it isn't lurking out there somwhere?
