Word Processor Sloooow Loading

All of a sudden, my ms works word processor takes forever to open. Was working fine but now takes sometimes 4-5 minutes to load. Computer is running fine otherwise (CPU usage minimal, disk check reports everything normal, disk defragged, ran pcpitstop which reported everything running fine). Am I missing something simple??

Hi tagsfy, What Doug was asking for was the TechExpress link (from the first page of your pcpitstop report, look in the box on the right of your screen for the link "Tech Express" it's the last item on the list. Regards paws
