I have a problem with the " confirm delete" and "are you sure you want to send this to recbin" poping up everytime I open anything. Then to "cancel" I have to keep hitting cancle or no 80 times, to make it go away, I sware.!!

Howdy kemo,


Not quite the right log we would normally check first, but so far no outright infection showing. Sounds more like a corrupted/altered registry item, but let's check some more first. Please be sure to not start any more new request threads.

First, please disable SpyBot's TeaTimer, as this will interfere with repairs.

1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
5) Restart your computer.
You can re-enable TeaTimer once your system is clean, however this is a fairly intrusive program and I often see more folks have issues using it with the ways it blocks and alters system functions.


Then Go Here and download Silent Runners to your desktop. Run it, and post back here the log it creates. If your AV queries the script, allow it to run. It's not malicious. It will create a file named Startup Programs, and will notify when the scan is complete. Copy the log from the Startup Programs file back here, along with a new HijackThis scan please (scan - be sure to use "Scan and save logfile" on this).
