Bump! Please help!!!!!!!
Hi jmoore and welcome to the forums.
My name is Dave. I would be glad to take a look at your log and help you with solving any malware problems. HijackThis logs can take a while to research.
Please be patient and I'd be grateful if you would note the following:
  • I will working be on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
  • The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.
  • Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine appears to be clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
  • It's often worth reading through these instructions and printing them for ease of reference.
  • If you don't know or understand something, please don't hesitate to say or ask!! It's better to be sure and safe than sorry.
  • Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.

First a couple of observations:

1. There appears to be two Anti-Virus programs running real time protection AVG and McAfee. This can cause many issues including system slow down, conflicts, false positives, ect…
You can keep both installed but just use one for real-time scanning and disable the other. The disabled program can still be used for one-time scans. I would recommend uninstalling one of them.

In general you never want to run 2 Anti-Virus or Firewall programs at the same time. Other types of Spyware protection such as Spybot, SpywareBlaster, ect… are usually OK (and recommended) to have multiple programs running for layered protection.

2. You have a keylogger installed on this computer. Ikitek Auto Key ?VLogger. Ikitek Key Logger records all web sites you visit, all applications you run and files you open. It will log your every keystroke, including passwords and credit card information.

Is this something you installed or were you aware of it's presence?

We are going to use HJT to create a list of your currently installed programs.1. Open HijackThis and click on the Config… button in the "Other stuff" section (lower right hand corner).
2. Click on the Misc Tools button.
3. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager… button.
4. Click on the Save list… button.
5. Save the file uninstall_list.txt to a convinient location. This should open Notepad with the list.
6. Please Copy and Paste the list into your next reply.
Please advise on the keylogger, remove one of the AV's, post the installed programs, and post a new HJT log for review.
Thank you for getting back to me Dave. Here are the answers to your questions. 1. I have not been running 2 AV all the time, I downloaded AVG yesterday to my work computer and put it on a flash drive to put on my problem PC. 2. Whenever I go to add/remove programs it only displays a few programs( way less than there really is on the machine) and will not allow you to remove any of them. 3. I was aware of the keylogger, I was doing some spying and I thought I removed it months ago. 4. I tried the Hijackthis other stuff…. and the only thing it listed was hijackthis. 5. This morning I removed these: O2 - BHO: CDNSCacheObj Object - {376892AE-1825-4E5F-9F85-23F9640051CC} - C:\WINDOWS\DNSCache.dll (file missing) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [StartFoxie] C:\Program Files\Foxie Suite\StartFoxie.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WndMsg] C:\Program Files\AK\klkernel.exe O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WndMsg] C:\Program Files\AK\klkernel.exe I rebooted and I still was unable to start IE and that is when I was unable to add/remove I am have pretty much screwed this puter up! Any help would be much appreciated, and on top of that I am having issues with my flash drive.

There still is a few problems but it appears it was MCProxy.exe

What do you mean??? MCProxy.exe is a McAfee file. Are you having a problem with McAfee. Post a new HJT log.

Definitely some serious issues here though.
