Here is the log I get when I run HiJackThis. It doesn't finish so it's only a partial log.
The malware I had is mmohsix or media-motor or something like that. I have run a good deal of things to get rid of it and I think I'm getting close but the computer still does not behave normal.

Please let me know what I should do next. Thank you very much.

Please help me. I've got a new Log to show. I've made some progress but computer is still not working right. Still getting popups. And the desktop will disappear and rebuild if I try to navigate using Explorer. Very frustrating.

We look for post with 0 replies, so when you posted to your own log, we assumed you were being helped.

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Thank you for getting to my request. Since the computer with this problem is my work computer and the problem was significant enough that it was causing too great of a productivity issue, I opted to have the box re-imaged. I worked and worked on trying to remove and/or fix the problem. The original issue was something called Webhancer. I could find things to delete but it would always come back. I could never find the queen mothership that was spawning this carp**. Anyway thanks again for getting to my request. And thanks for being there and available to help poor souls like me that get into these situations. We can consider this request closed.
