Trojan Stops Hijackthis

The computer is infected by Win32.Dialer.A or other trojan. It's no possible to run HijackThis or open HijacThis directory or to connect www.hijiackthis.de or other related links . It's possible run hijack in self mode, bat it not solve the problem. I apologise don't speak english.

Reboot into SAFE Mode.

Using My Computer, navigate to HiJackThis.exe or it may appear as HJT.exe
Rename HiJackThis.exe to —> Findstuff.exe

Now you should be able to Run HJT (renamed as Findstuff.exe)
Post your HJT Log over into the Malware Removal Forum.

This Trojan, identified as a Dialer, can cause damage to the machine and may also download additional infections to the machine.

You should limit use of the computer until you have successfully removed the trojan.

SpySweeper (a well-known and respected AntiSpyware utility) may be successful in removing your present infection.
AVG AntiSpyware (another well-known and respected AntiSpyware utility) may also be successful in removing your present infection.

Use either/both.

Then post your HJT Log to the Malware Removal Forum here at TomCoyote.

Thank yuo for the suggestions, but it's impossible to run HijackThis renamed as Findstuff or other. Impossible to use AVG because the virus stops all (AVG is stopped during the scanning). Only solution il to format the HD. I think the authors must to update HijackThis.

Try running AVG AntiSpyware while in SAFE Mode.

Yes, but now my friend (the proprietor of the computer) did formatted the HD and reinstalled the OS. Thank yuo for all.
I think it's possible also other virus whit updating (seen mybe in the registry).
