Hi all, I keep getting a window popping up which I can't get rid of. I've run adaware, spybot and avg anti_spyware. AVG anti spyware did find something and it said it was in the following location: Hkey-classes-root\CLSIS\D2FAC024-92CO-42E5-A75B-7B4E3915CL50) It did seem to delete the problem too, however when the computer is turned off and on, the pop up returns. Please can anyone help? Thanks.

Hello and Welcome to the Forum.

Download HijackThis.

Click on the link and select Save, save it to your desktop and double click HJTsetup.exe.

Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT).
You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT.

Open HijackThis and select: Do a system scan and save a log file.

When the scan is finished, Click Edit> Select All> Edit> Copy> and paste its contents here [Add Reply].
