I've been getting a lot of pop ups even when I'm not using my Internet Browser also sometimes when I close some of the popups it closes all browser windows instead of just the one. I've ran spybot and adaware but it's still a problem any help is greatly appreciated.

You have LimeWire, a P2P/file sharing programs installed on your computer. P2p apps like it are the largest source of malware we see. You'll be doing yourself a favor by removing it.
