Howdy leelee0504,

There is some infection showing here, but more so there is just way too much protective software.

This system has AVG Anti-Spyware, and Sunbelt CounterSpy and a-squared Free and Windows Defender loaded and running, along with Ad-Aware in likely a run on startup mode and SpyBot's TeaTimer registry watcher enabled as well. This would definitely cause conflicts and slowdowns, and some potential change corruption as well. There is at least one item of infection showing we will need to pursue further, but first you need to choose one of the three softwares I hilighted and uninstall the other two through Add/Remove Programs. I am aware AVG's is known for it's compatibility with other softwares, but you might also include in your decisions things like purchases and recent registrations.

First though you need to disable some other software to keep it from interfering both with those uninstalls as well as repair steps we do here. I see you have another request thread open as well with problems there due to downloading cracked software. I don't recommend attempting two repairs at once, but be sure to not mix the two or change priorities to one or the other, and hopefully as this is a work computer you weren't so unwise to use it for crack downloads as well. Like eating wild mushrooms - guaranteed one of them is going to poison you - just a matter of time.

First you need to disable Windows Defender, as it may interfere with repairs.

* Open Windows Defender
* Click Tools
* Click General Settings
* Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
* Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
* After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
* Close Windows Defender

Then disable SpyBot's TeaTimer, as this will interfere with repairs.

1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
5) Restart your computer.
You can re-enable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Now Go to Start – Settings – Control Panel. Click on Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall/remove two of those three softwares.

Reboot when prompted, or after uninstalling all selected, and then Download ComboFix.exe from here to your desktop, and click the downloaded file to run the repair.

When the command window opens, select 1 (and Enter). Allow the scan to run. When completed a text window will appear - please copy/paste the contents back here. This log can also be found at C:\ComboFix.txt.

A caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop.

And post that back here along with a new HijackThis log please.
