Computer Has A Small Freeze Often

As the title says my screen (sometimes sound too) for about 0.5-1 seconds. When Im playing something it happens every 2-3 seconds (cant play when youre freezed half the time) and 10-20 when Im surfing the web. Ive tried scanning with F-Secure, Ad-Aware, Spybot and Symantecs online scanner. I also tried system restoring to the time when it didnt happen but it still happened. Here is the log:

I also have a second problem (Im not sure if it belongs here), some sites dont load up correctly. At least Wikipedia and Youtube look odd and some flash animations dont load on Firefox, but load perfectly on IE 7. Wikipedia looks like this: http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/5685/wikilx1.jpg . Might ATF Cleaner make it? I chose Firefox and selected them all except the password thing. And I cleared some viruses from system restore files and didnt remember to turn it on so the last restore point is after using ATF Cleaner so that doesnt help…

Welcome to Tom Coyote. No infection showing here, so you may have to look to software installed for answers to these issues. I don't use the software, but would include interactions between that TV Jukebox 3.0 program for starters. No, ATF Cleaner only cleans out temp storage/files, and wouldn't cause any noticeable changes other than improvements when used. Unless one of those scans have identified something of infection (other than harmless cookies) you might consider posting a request in the TC Other Computer Problems forum.

Ad-Aware was the only one to find anything and it only found cookies… I try removing the TV Jukebox. If it doesnt work I will format the disk, it works 100% sure. Thank you, you can close thsi topic now.
