A couple of thing recently started cause my system to reboot. So I did a anti-virus can using ezTrust ezAntivirus from CA. no problems were hit. Next I tried to update ad-aware as my definitions were 100days old. But this caused an immediate reboot. Then I ran Spy-bot and cleaned up a few tracker cookies. Still updating ad-aware cause reboot. I tried to uninstall ad-aware and that caused the same immediate reboot. I down loaded Hitjackthis and will append log file here. Machine is app a 1.8ghz with 1g mem.
Oh, the original system was I tried to install Belarc advisor.exe which caused the immediate reboot. I can not get into safe mode, there is no lag on boot up.I checked the Control panel -> system-> startup and it set to wait 30secs. … Anyway here is the log file:
