These aren't bad but don't need to run at startup.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Reboot

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
Done. I'm still getting the drag for internet pages to open. I can switch between and internet page and a word or excel document now without a delay however. Internet movement seems to be the same…long pauses for pages to finish loading. Slow display when switching between pages. Any other ideas? Thank you for the help you've given so far!!!
I suggest you try this: Uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel." Click "Add or Remove Programs." Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove."
But I use Mozilla as my web browser - will changing the IE have a difference on my Mozilla connections? If so I'll do it for sure.
Your log looks clean to me.
You can have a look here and see if this helps.
