I wish that fixed it. I disabled spybot and it still offers the same results. For Google mail, it allows me to sign into the account now (secure setting), but once it would go into the mail portion, gives a blank done page. Same goes for hotmail. I can't believe how frustrating this!!!!!

yes sir still would like help. norton is a paid subscription through the university. that program has been installed for quite a while without any issues though.

Try this:
Once you're there and receive the blank page, hit the refresh ICON in the browser. It's up by the Home ICON.
