SpyBot S&D found W32.agent.pz with some wnspoem folders that I have been unable to remove. Finding a lot of mixed opinions and instructions on howto remove. Learned about HJT, ran the tool and posting my log in the hopes someone can take a look and offer advice on how best to proceed to remove this trojan.
My HJT log;

Hello Texans2 and welcome to the TomCoyote Forums

My name is Trevuren and I will be helping you with your problem.

R/BOT ADVICE

You have been infected by a variant of the RBot family, which allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data.

I recommend that you disconnect this machine from the internet NOW!

1. Disconnect infected computer from the internet and from any networked computers until the computer can be cleaned.

2. Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.

3. From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords – for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.

Do NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passwords and transaction information.

After you've done above, let's start some cleaning.

Regards,

Trevuren
OK Trevuren, now that I've gotten over the shock of your response I'm ready to get that carp** off my laptop. It's off the network and I'm ready to begin?

A. There is no need to quote my responses when replying. It would help us to save on bandwith usage. Thanks.

B. Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
    (Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
  • Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

Regards,

Trevuren
